Give me Gratitude or Give me Death

A happy disposition, and therefore no need for a light at the end of the tunnel. For the entire tunnel has been set alight. Because there is overflowing joy on this merriest of plights. And we are happy for the future, the present, and the past. For abundant days which have yet to come, though we remember and are grateful when they did last.

But we do not brighten our perspectives merely by what can be seen, and touched, and smelled. But we rejoice for something more valuable, which we cherish, that is grafted down deep in our bones. And whether or not we experience the seeing or touching of the light, we still embrace it and "know". And we access this knowing-realm by a faith which believes that everything works together for our good. And this is why we do not need a light at the end of the tunnel, for we choose to manifest it in the darkest of times. In thick or thin, much or in lack, sunny or rainy, front or in the back, good days or bad, shallow or deep, on top of the mountain, or down in the valley. Happy or sad, sated or hungry, when I am wanting and desperate for something.

Meaningful melodies, there are countless dispositions to encounter in life, all of which are interpreted by the viewer's own mind. For you get to choose the manner in which you live, and the happiness you crave must contain its inception within how you believe. Only then will your thin become thick, and your sad days become merry, and that which was haunting, frightful, and scary, will simply melt away, and reveal all that you cherish. And the key to unlock the door to this joyful life upon which you wish to embark is called gratitude, so insert the key, open the door, and walk in.
